2. Description of Service

Fittr is a virtual try-on platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate images showing how clothing and accessories might look on users. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help users visualize outfits before making purchasing decisions.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any images you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Fittr a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload images of individuals without their consent
  • Generate inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Infringe on any intellectual property or proprietary rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED IMAGES WILL ACCURATELY REPRESENT HOW CLOTHING WILL LOOK IN REAL LIFE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FITTR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PURCHASING DECISIONS MADE BASED ON GENERATED IMAGES.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
